I roast small batches for myself, usually 1–2 pounds, then share the rest with friends and family. It’s not a store; it’s a way to enjoy great coffee and spread it around.

I’m passionate about experimenting with coffee roasts, sourcing high-quality green beans from origins all over the world and crafting them to shine at the Vienna level where that perfect balance of complexity, smoothness, and subtle oil emerges.

I target varieties with real potential for excellence. The catch? I buy in quantities that exceed my immediate needs, but that stay fresh for roasting well into the future.
